All data exists ONLY in temporary memory.
Data is cleared when the app is force closed or reset.
Speech recognition uses only local processing.
Privacy
HIPAA compliance requires your vigilance.
No Protected Health Information (PHI) is stored.
Only speech correction data may persist between sessions.
Your data is never saved to disk.
User Responsibility
You are using this as an observational tool ONLY.
You will NOT rely on it for medical decisions.

License and Usage
Eye Sketchpad LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Eye Exam Sketchpad application strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
- Use the application for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms
- Use the application in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the application
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the application
