Yes, the app is free on the Apple App Store.
No. The app processes all data locally on-device with no cloud connectivity. Users are responsible for implementing the app within their organization's HIPAA policies. The app functions as a temporary observaiton tool, not a system of record.
No. The app is designed as a temporary tool to capture and organize observations. All information is temporary, exists only in memory, and is fully cleared when the app is closed or reset. The app allows you to copy formatted text to your clipboard for reference, but doesn't store this information.
The app uses on-device speech recognition powered by Apple's Speech framework, enhanced with our ophthalmology term-trained machine learning model. When you speak clinical observations, the app processes your speech locally to convert it to text. Our custom-developed analysis engine then identifies anatomical structures, organizing them into appropriate categories. All processing happens on your device without requiring an internet connection. You can further improve accuracy by adding custom corrections for terminology specific to your practice.
All processing occurs locally without external server connections.
Data exists in memory only and clears when the app is reset or closed.
Functions without internet connectivity for maximum privacy.
Designed to be used in accordance with providers' HIPAA policies.
Streamlines routine examinations by organizing observations into a standardized format.
Perfect for teaching settings where residents and students can observe proper examination structure in real-time.
Designed for busy clinics where every minute counts—capture comprehensive observations quickly to spend more time face-to-face with patients.
